- Payment is taken when you buy. If you don't love your finished page, you get a full refund before it goes live.
- "For life" means for as long as Whitstable Insider is published. If the guide ever closes, you get at least three months' notice and a copy of your words and photos to use anywhere.
- Included whenever you need them: changes to opening hours, holiday closures, phone, email, website, booking and menu links, and corrections. Usually done within five working days.
- Included up to four times a year: a fresh description, photos, highlights or questions.
- Not included: daily specials, extra pages, online ordering or booking systems, email accounts, your own domain name, or work outside Whitstable Insider. We can quote for any of these.
- Your page keeps the Whitstable Insider design and is marked Featured. The guide's own short write-up stays independent.
